Are people from India naturally better at health care then most of the world?? The reason i ask is because at my local hospital and all the hospitals around my area all the doctors are from India.

i cant say if indians are naturally better at health care. But if you are worried about the treatment you might receive, it might make more sense to see what their experience is, where they have graduated from etc instead of looking at their country of origin.
An interesting piece of trivia is that there a person named "Susrusha" in ancient india(maybe 1000-500BC) who had performed surgery and had written it down. maybe that does answer your question. ;)

I guess that means they're naturally better at computers, too...or willing to work for less.

Na, Indians are no smarter than anyone else (nor any dumber). Tt's just Indians are pressured from birth to be either an engineer or a doctor, or their respect from their family members drop. Tons of lost artists, musicans, writers, etc. are sitting in hosptials and doctor's offices around the country, treating pateints not b/c they like treating patients, but b/c of family pressure and the financial security medicine offers.
