People do not neccessarily need to use a gun to kill people.

Sticks kill people, stones kill people, the sunday New York Times kills people.
 
fine, ban the guns, and when you see a criminal with a gun pointed at your head you'll realize that it did no good
 
Or, if they don't use guns, you won't stop the killing - after all, they can use a whole bunch of stuff to kill someone, down to their fists or feet - horrors, now we gotta ban people's limbs too
 
What I wanna know is how many people including children got killed by 'accident' using lawfully acquired guns.

 
Naw, it's too simple to be an effective troll post. It's a discussion that's been rehashed so many times, you have to write a much longer post, and act like you're really arguing for your position.

8/10 subject - good subject, lots of division. Likely to cause argument
1/10 execution - Suspiciously simple. Everyone will suspect a troll, and therefore not start arguing. No real emotional content...nothing that will make people see red and start flaming.

/edit: apparently I overestimated the intelligence of your average ATOT poster. Your grade stands, but the curve will save you.
 
Guns don't kill people, guns allow stupid people to kill other people in situations where without the gun the killing would never have been possible.
 
Wow this is a dumb thread. First off there is more than just guns that can kill people. A fork can kill a person, knives kill people, axes kill people, bombs kill people.... see where I'm going with this? Its all fine and dandy that you think we should ban guns but you need to see that it wouldn't prevent killing. Plain and simple so basicly I think your comment on this thread and the making of this thread was....lets just say.. not well thought out.
