I came back from the dead and registered here just to say this happened to me. Gotta go now, am late for spa treatment.

The idiot OP is a liar, and a shitty one at that. He's trying to prove that there's no need for citizens to own guns. Little fucker is constantly crying about it.

Ya I saw right through that. I didn't know the OP's actual stance beforehand, but the fact that 1) he's an idiot as evidenced by all the other retarded threads he makes, 2) this is ATOT, and 3) the absurdity of the claim, all made it pretty clear what he was getting at.

Just for the record, a few weeks ago some jackbag running from the cops blitzed through my back yard and hopped the wall into the neighbor's yard. He then ducked into their home office guest house(?) where the neighbor was working. Neighbor proceeded to beat the shit out of him with a bat and other assorted instruments in the back yard, though he slipped away into another yard where the cops got him. His wife and young daughters were also home at the time and luckily the douche was unarmed.

Point is, dumb shit happens and people have the right to defend themselves. Just because you have a bleeding vag and a stick up your ass about guns doesn't mean the rest of us should do without.

I am trying to find evidence that almost everyday there are people (namely myself) in the U.S being spineless pussies. Pussies (again, myself) who bust out crying, deserve to be shot in the head while asleep because the world needs less spineless pussies. I am sure this pussy killing should be happening more in the U.S, I just need to find shelter. I am so scared of the world out there. I just pissed myself thinking about it.

Agreed. Build a safe room A.S.A.P.

I agree with the OP. this shit needs to stop. solution? people need to arm up and get a something to protect the walls/windows.

IF someone decided to break into my house (odds are damn near zero) and i called the cops. it would take around 20 minutes before they got here. in this situation again i agree with the OP's stance we need to protect ourselves from people like he claims!

MORE GUNS! the goverment should teach everyone to use them and give them one!

I leave our bedroom window open nearly all the time unless I have the A/C running. Master bedroom is on the second floor though so I'm not really concerned with someone coming in through that window.

I worry about someone killing my when I'm asleep about as much as I worry about shark attacks.

The reason is I was talking to someone who thinks it is safe to leave your windows open at night. They don't believe these killings are happening.

I leave my windows and sliding patio doors unlocked at night, troll.

My windows are open 24/7 during the summer. One of the many things I love about living in a rural, country area is that EVERYONE has guns. Burglars and such would be dumb to try anything. It makes me sleep really soundly at night.

Kind of reminds me how my Mom kept locking the door that goes from my house to my garage when she was up here a few visits ago.

I asked her why in the hell she kept doing that and it was really annoying and she said "when I was a kid we have a neighbor that was murdered in his sleep by someone that came in through an unlocked garage door!!!!"

I was like "even if that did happen, it was on the other side of the country decades ago and was some random act and I KEEP MY GARAGE DOOR CLOSED!!"

Seriously would do some people good to stop worry about every little thing that could go wrong in life.

Never keep patio doors open, windows are harder to get into especially if there's a screen. You'll probably wake up if they try.

But yeah leaving a patio door open would be stupid unless the screen locks. Even then, because of the ease of access one could cut it slowly without too much noise.

higher level windows... doubt they'd bother. Then again...it happens

You'd be surprised how easy a garage door is to open from outside though. Unless you do something like this.

A loaded gun wont do anything if the perp shoots first! Though, the odds of this happening are very slim, so it's not something to lose sleep over.

I pity the crook that tries to come in my room and slit my throat at night. For about the past year I have boxes all over the place that are filled with various electronic components that tend to spill out if you hit the box. I will definitely hear them coming, 'ouch' , 'wtf' 'my foot'

How can you be "aware" of something for which you have absolutely no evidence, and have to come to an internet forum begging for someone to supply you with some?

because he is a trolling moron, actually worse than Dave, if you can believe that.

Actually, they'd be smart to shoot you in your sleep. They'd be dumb to not do anything to you.

I leave my bedroom window open if the AC isn't on. They would have to be one hell of a cat burglar to break in without me noticing. That screen is a sonovabitch.
