A little shady? I read all of it, and I still don't know what I'd end up getting if I won. I mean I DO know, but it isn't based on the description :^S

Isn't the Chinese version "fake"?

Maybe I'm wrong

Yea, but the way the page is setup, what do you get? You're bidding on an Apple which is a trademark of a well known company, and can't be used by anyone else selling consumer electronics in America, and many other countries. They give a description of an Apple Product, as well as a Chinese knockoff. Anyone who's been on the web awhile should know what they're getting, but reading the description on it's own, who knows?

It appears legit to me. You can buy this in China, BUT the iPhone is not able to be jailbroken for other networks on Apple's latest firmware, or something like that.

I dont get it, they do tell the iPhone in China you know.

Oh, you're saying it's a real Apple? I don't follow their stuff, and assumed it was a counterfeit product. I'd still be leery about buying something listed the way it is.

Looks to me like some sort of 'oem-ish' iphone, possibly sent to carriers in China to be branded or whatever and sold?

I dunno, he has decent feedback - it seems odd to 'ruin' it over something like this (where you know for sure the buyer will leave bad feedback)
