Basically, while you're sitting at your desk, do this:
1. lift your right leg up just a few inches off the ground.
2. move your right leg in circles, clockwise.
3. Now, while you're doing this, draw the number 6 in the air with your right hand.
everytime you do it, your leg automatically moves in the opposite direction and there's nothing you can do to stop it.
