Which one of you will get one or two?

Denmark-based Lego first sold their plastic bricks 55 years ago, and watched them grow into one of the world's most popular toys.

And what is up with the obsession and demand of Lego and all of the variety of the sets? Maybe I am not nerdy enough but I think Lego is neat but I would not spend that much (quantity and money) on them.

I've got one of the older Mindstorms. Though, it only cost a third of the newer set.

On the other hand, if the new one does run Linux, I'll probably have to get one of the new sets as well.

Full disclosure, when I worked at Heathkit, we were the world's largest manufacturer of educational robots. And those were substantially more expensive than even the new Mindstorms.
