Pentium4 Heatsink/Fan suggestions

I'm looking to replace the stock cooler on my P4 2.4C. I'm planning to do some overclocking, but nothing extreme as of yet. I'm looking for a nice heatsink that will provide good performance but also won't totally drain my wallet. Any suggestions? Prefferably I'm currious as to what the very best is and the another heatsink that offers good price/performance ratio. Thanks!

I'm in a similar boat, but I would prefer a heatsink that can have a swappable fan (in case the fan gets noisey). Is the SLK-800U or 900 still the preferred thing in that case? Do these fit on a P4P800 ?

I'm also in the process of putting together a 2.4C system and am interested in overclocking. I'm wondering how important it is to replace the retail HSF, though... some people claim to hit 3GHz easily on the stock cooler, while others are using $40+ HSF units and still not reaching that. After spending all the money on the system itself, it'd be nice not to have to plunk down another $48 for the SLK900 and more for the fan. If alternate cooling is absolutely necessary for overclocking, are there any cheaper units that will do the job sufficiently?

For about 20 bucks you can get a Thermaltake Volcano 7+ . It is a heavy all copper HS with a 3 speed fan. It has gotten good reviews. It is high quality and does a great job for about a third of the cost of a SLK-900U and fan.

Yes they do.
