pentium4 chipsets: SiS vs. Intel

What is the general consesus on the stability and reliability of the pentium4 chipsets made by SiS vs. the pentium4 chipsets made by intel? Are they on par with each other? (assume the two mobos are made by ASUS and the question on which is better is based upon chipset)

I have to say my P4S333-M is as stable a mobo as I have ever had, running w2k w/ a 1.6A oc'ed to 2.3 (144mhz fsb) 4:5 DDR (DDR380) ratio, blah, blah, and it NEVER crashes.

I think that the 645 & 645DX are the best price/performance P4 chipsets out there right now.
