These motherboards probably would not impress a Gamer Much, but if someone was looking for a low power consumption P4 for a Desktop or a MS Media Center PC this might work well since it would be extremely quiet and cool running.

why not get an AMD64 and use Cool n Quiet? Seems like more potential and close to the same power savings when not in use. Mine is extremely quite and runs very cool.
