Pentium M/Centrino Tablet PCs?

Are there any Tablet PCs out there with a good gfx card, Pentium M and Centrino capabilites?

I like to draw and sketch, and I find myself scanning a lot of stuff in. I figured it would be cool and easier just to draw it into the PC, but I need one with a fast processor (P4 at least) and wireless technology... do they exist?
 
If you are referring to the Travelmate C300 the machine has integrated Intel graphics. This is fine for what the OP has mentioned so far, but my question is how is the OP defining a "good" graphics card?
