Pentium III 1.4GHz processor compatibility

Anyone know whether a motherboard based on the Intel 810e chipset is compatible with the Pentium III 1.4GHz processor? I have a eMachines T1115 computer that is currently running a 1.0GHz Celeron. From what I know of this chipset, it does support a 133MHz FSB which I think the 1.4 GHz processor uses.
