Just noticed that there's this super budget dual core notebook CPU, Pentium Dual Core T2310. It has an 11x multiplier on a 533MHz FSB for 1.46GHz. Seems like most notebooks now can take 800mHz FSB, so... do a BSEL mod in it and be at 2.2GHz! Well, maybe a slight vcore mod too.

My guess is that it would work, but it would be one hot running sucker. Most notebooks are built with the minimum amount of cooling, to make them quieter, since the average Joe equates quiet with quality.
