I just thought I'd like to share my experiences with trying to get together a cheap Pentium Dual Core OC for a low, low price. I guess this is for those who are new to BSEL and vCore mods, like I was.

Go for a deal like that, but keep your eye out if you don't want to pay less - I bought this same bundle for $85 w/tax.
The E2200 has a 11x multiplier, so at a FSB of 266mhz, then getting a speed 2.93ghz is no problem...or is it? This motherboard doesn't support any changes to FSB speed or changes to vCore. What ever shall we do?: BSEL mod and vCore mod.
You can find my thread on doing both for the E2200 here:

Doing those mods are actually quite easy. The hardest part was finding rear window defogger paint, which isn't that difficult if you just go to an Auto Parts store instead of beating around the bush like I did.
After doing this, assembling your PC is no different than it normally is. Once you boot up, there should be some message telling you that the fsb on the processor is messed up or something along those lines. That means that its working
Test your system with ORTHOS. If you're getting a hardware failure warning, or if your system just locks up, you're cpu isn't getting enough voltage, so you'll have to take the CPU out and crank up the voltage. Temperature shouldn't be an issue if you have the proper cooling. Many people do this mod on stock, though I would recommend getting a variant of the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.
I hope this helps some people get a heavily needed upgrade, like this cheap upgrade helped me.
