Pentium D on older LGA775 board?

I'd like a processor upgrade from a 2700xp to a Pentium D. But I'd like to keep the price down. I don't want to have to buy new memory and graphics card. Which means no ddr2 and no PCIe. Anyone know if there are any older LGA775 boards that will work?

You gotta have the 945 or 955 chipset for the Pentium D's to work. Older boards are not compatible.
