Pentium D 945 VS 950

How important is this is it worth the extra $80ish? Core Duo is not an option for this MOBO.

The only differance is virtualization, which isn't all that usefull to most people. It's unfortunate that your board only supports pentium-d's, they are the lowest of the low when it comes to dual cores.
