Pentium D 945 - Anyone overclocked?

I'm going to be getting one with my build tommorow, and I wanted to know how far people have been able to overclock..

I've heard that the 805D can go to 3.6ghz w/o modding voltage, so equivilently, might I be able to get 4ghz or more without touching voltage?

I'll be using kingston ddr2-667 ram.. so I hope the results will be good..

They're C1 chips, so they should hit 4Ghz fairly easily.

My temporary 930 did 4.1GHz but needed to increase Vcore by like 0.1V.

It won't likely hit 4ghz with stock voltage. What motherboard are you going to use? I still have yet to see any 9xx pentium-d hit 4ghz on anything other than 975x and higher end 955 chipset motherboards. My 805 hit 3.6ghz, but definatly had to up the voltage, it's a rare case they can hit 3.6 without a voltage increase.

I'm getting a P965 mobo now and i'm planning to push my D915 to 4GHz.
