Pentium D 915 and 2gb ddr2 800 ram OR E6600?

I have the funds right now to either buy a E6600 or buy a Intel Pentium D 915 and 2GB DDR2 800 RAM. If I purchase the E6600 I will not have RAM for another week or so. Advice appreciated.
 
Sorry. I just figured that since this isn't asking a specific question about a processor or how to overclock this processor and stuff like that. This would be appropriate.
