I know that temp is crazy , i just want to make sure i know why.

Here are the specs

Pentium D 840
Thermaltake Silent Cooler
6600
PCI fan
Both DVD drive slots are full
2gb ram
Antec Neo 480 with downpointing 120mm fan

The whole system is sitting in a small Silverstone SG-01

The thermaltake cooler's fan almost touches the PSU fan. I suspect all that hot air just blows into the PSU intake fan making everything in the whole system just too hot. Is this the problem?

I ran the psu outside the case and the temps dropped to ~50C

What are some solutions?
