Pentium D 820 - Which motherboard?

Lifer
I have acquired the following items:

Pentium D 820
4 gb (4x1gb) DDR2 RAM
2 good sized IDE HDs
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS SB0350 (PCI) Sound Card
What appears to be an "ATI Radeon X300 128MB PCI-E OEM Video Card, Model: 8964"

What is a good motherboard for this hardware?

You can double-check, but last time I looked, the Gigabyte UD3R and UD3P boards, which are recent P45-based boards, good ones, supported the older 775 chips too. This is unlike the non-U P45 boards, which apparently do not.

See, it even supports the 533 FSB Celeron D chips!

Thanks. Those look nice. And if I pull the trigger before New Years, I get a $20 rebate at Newegg!

Any other thoughts on the subject from the peanut gallery?

Will a GA-EP45-UD3LR work, too?
