pentium 4 temperature is 69c

Is this normal? I have added 2 fans to my case, one sucks and one blows. No crashes yet after one day. But I'm afraid that I am damaging my CPU.

hmmm... i'll get the white papers and check p4 temp.... From what I understand, the P4 is capable of internal-diode temp readings, but whether the mb reads it is another issue.

What mb are you using, and i'll try to find the max temp of the p4 for you.
