Pentium 4 Socket 478 LOUD Fan

I just bought an Intel Pentium 4 2.4CGhz socket 478 for my new computer I was building, and was surprised to hear how loud it was. It could be just me, but every other computer I owned wasn't this loud. At first, I thought it was the antec fans and PS fans that were the problem, but figured out it was the CPU fan. I'm using the Intel fan that came with the cpu. Any recommendations on a better, QUIETER cooling device for my CPU??
