Pentium 4 EE Dual Core 955,

I was just given this CPU with the Intel Mobo, but have no idea what to do with it. Lately I have been wanting to switch to MAC. Anyone have any feedback regarding this CPU. I will be running this with a 6600GT and 1 GB of ECC DDR2 4200 RAM. I am thinking about selling the proc. Feedback is appreciated.
