what are the best cooling options for the Pentium 4 1.8 GHz CPU, within a budget of say $50 USD?

Thermaltake Indigo Orb?

Globalwin WAW38?

or???

I've used the Intel, GoldenOrb, and IndigoOrb hs/fans... And they are pretty much exactly the same, except that the Intel fan is much quieter.
