Pentium 4/ bios questions

Hey guys, long time no see.
This is my first pentium based system i've built, so im not up the settings. I have a mobo that supports 400,533 and 800 fsb pentium 4's. I have a p4 2.4 533fsb. In bios it defaults at 133. i change it and it keeps resetting to 133. Is this normal?

4 * 133 = 532
