Pentium 4 ATX Specification?

Can anyone provide me with a link where I can get a hold of the Pentium 4 ATX design specifications? I'm designing a new case, and need the dimensions for mounting holes for the motherboard tray, I/O slots and other case aspects.

The P4 motherboards are expected to increasingly use more onboard DC-DC converter powered from the 12 volts line. Besides the 12 volts and accessory connectors, the P4 supply typically has higher amperage spec on the 12 volts line. Find more information from Intel's ATX Power Supply Official Spec The new spec is called ATX12.
