Pentium 4 at 1.737GHz with a 533 QDR bus

It looks like the i850 is stable when using a 133MHz x4 bus. I just noticed on HotHardware that they were able to get a P4 up to 1.73GHz using a 13x multiplier and a 133MHz bus. It looks very impressive. They even broke 10,000 3DMarks in 3DMark 2K. After reading this I wouldn't mind getting a 1.3GHz P4.

That's pretty darn impressive. Maybe the P4 may succeed afterall. If only I could just get my hands on an engineering sample with an unlocked multiplier.

Intel is already set to release the 1.3GHz P4.
