I'm no fan of Fox News and this post isn't intended to criticize one's opinion of the network. The following story from Time is rather amusing though.

From Time Magazine:

It's not exactly every day that the Pentagon warns military personnel to stay away from Fox News. But that's exactly what some hopeful soul at the Department of Defense instructed, in a memo intended to forbid Pentagon staff reading a copy of the Taguba report detailing abuse of detainees at prisons in Iraq that had been posted at the Fox News web site....

Heh.

[sarcasm]Oh no, factually correct info with no spin on foxnews. Quick, everyone, look away! :p [/sarcasm]

Honestly though, this was quite an amusing bit of news.

WTF is going on over there?
I long wondered who continued screwing up my personnel actions all those years. Now I know! :p

It appears from the top down the Pentagon is totally out of touch with reality. I hope the people in the field don't share those delusions.

So the info was leaked but you still shouldn't read it because it's classified?

Yeah real smart.

They call attention to the article, just in case they haven't seen it yet, then tell them not to look at it.

Brilliant
