Pent M740 or 760 + ATI Mobility X700

I'm seriously thinking about purchasing Sager np4880v w/Pent M 760 & 512 ram but also interested in Sager np4880c w/ Pent M 740 1gb ram. Both use the ATI x700. I'll be using it for those times when away from my Alienware @ home.(i.e, Vacation, etc). I'll play low intensity games, the wife will use it to surf. Will the Pent M 740 perform to those standards compared to Pent M 760? There is a difference in ram. Would that be enough? I'v havent seen nothing on the ATI x700. Thanks for your help.
 
Any boost in ram is a help and never a hinderance unless you don't have the cash 4 it in the first place. But i get by on only one stick of 512 and don't have any probs to speak of. For what you are saying you will use it 4 the 512 should be find and so should the 740 processer.
