Pennzoil motor oil. Why all the negative comments?

After reading some YACTs here there seems to be a very negative attitude against Pennzoil.
Why is that? All brand name dino juice are more or less the same aren't they?

Why not Pennzoil?

its oil , i can't believe there is any measurable difference (chemistry wise) between the major brands
