There is a very limited supply of empathy in the world and it needs to be reserved for White People. If other people get any, Whites will experience empathy poverty. And to emphasize just how true what I just said is, just look at how little empathy White People already have for each other much less for anyone else. That would be an interesting angle. Not for employers as such though, but for higher education schools. Drop accreditation for schools from districts like this. Upon application to college, 'sorry, your HS diploma is not accepted here.'

Given modern technology I don't think school book banning's are a real problem any more. In the olden days burning a book meant it truly disappeared.
Today? Just make it clear which books you banned so kids can go online and read them when out of school.
And if the kids do not wish to read then you've got a much bigger problem than censorship.

Growing up in the DC suburbs, I always thought Pennsylvania, the Keystone State, home of the Liberty bell, Franklin Institute, normal, sane, and liberal (in the generic sense). Well, it turns out, that was mostly just eastern PA. I finally, ran into a person born and raised in western PA. One of my old bosses was from Pittsburg, a regular online conservative nut.
