I just love it. LOVE IT.

I went to school at Penn State (university park), but grew up and live in Nebraska. Here I am, surrounded by red everywhere I go, the lone person wearing blue and white. And yes, I do have a death wish for announcing I was rooting for PSU yesterday.

Just thought I'd revisit this thread by saying that Penn State got 0wnz0red by Michigan today. Go blue!

I watched the games at a friends house today. He's a Michigan fan and we both agreed that it was punka$$ to sit on the ball at the end of the game. I was pulling for Michigan 'till that. No excuse for kneeling on 3rd down with 30 seconds left and 3 timeouts. They won but it wasn't from good coaching...

That's one thing about Lloyd Carr's coaching style that irks a lot of fans (myself included at times). It's served him well in some cases but I often don't like it. It's one of the reasons why few of Michigan's wins are by big margins. Carr likes sitting on the ball when he has a lead or even if there's a tie.

It was really an impecable game played by both sides though - no turnovers, the defenses were awesome against the run, and both QBs played incredibly.

While it was a good game, true, I'd say Oregon-UCLA and FSU-Miami had the better finishes. We may get the Oregon-Miami matchup this year!
