I would feel really stupid. but just show me again, with explanation this time, how you've proven me wrong.

Oh, it might help to show that you actually understand the argument, and the point of the argument. It doesn't help when you misinterpret, twist concepts for semantic BS.

Anyway...go ahead

I would feel really stupid.

Oh, don't worry about it 🙂

It's simple. If you die, there will be many billions of people left. All with comparable brain structures, at least a few with a similar state of mind. So yes, life after death is guaranteed, even though it's not as you see it.

There, I've proven life after death. If science could not have done that, I must be god, in which case you should bow to me, I think.

You left out the part about standing in sun god robes, with thousands of naked women throwing tiny pickles at you.

I'm trying to figure out why creationists believe they are the under-dogs here.

Evolution was a theory constructed in response to something that didn't quite make sense based on the knowledge of the day (creationism).

It has only gained support since as more data and experiments and predictions and studies are added to the mix.

But initially evolution was conceived, not because someone 'hated' creationism, but because it empirically explained data in a meaningful way.

Evolution is based on science and ID/creationism is based on BS religious nonsense.

Now let's debate the differences of Lager and Ale by using the scientific method. I'm buying the first round.

😀

you said lager and ale, i thought Guinness 😀

Does that mean that all I need to fulfill Nitzche's claim is a hatchet and google maps? 😛

ya, that should just about do it...

you might want to bring several hatchets though, or perhaps a sharpener. I imagine the edge would get dull...real quickly.

Because it's easier to start a political movement when you portray yourselves being 'oppressed' by those evil scientists.
