I think you guys are overestimating the power or 120VAC. What's more, if we want to sit here and logically evaluate the lethality of electrocuting ones cock we should keep in mind that the current would not pass through his heart. At least probably not So, stupid and possibly morbidly funny? Yes. Significantly Harmful? Probably not. Lethal? Almost certainly not, unless ground was somehow pathed through his heart (cock through arm discharge.)
