Pencil trick is?

I have a Duron700 on a ABIT kt7 motherboard. I got the temp steady on 30/32c with a Chrome Orb ( url ) + a big case fan blowing straight at it. My question is, how do I OC' it? =) Whats the pencil trick?

You take out the CPU, and then you connect the four L1 bridges on the top of the CPU with a pencil. Be careful not to interconnect them. After that, you just make changes in the BIOS for the multiplier and voltage until you get to a speed you are confortable with.

yeah be sure not to interconnect them. i did and took me housr to figure out why i couldn't POST> thought the mobo was dead.
