Pen (the writing kind) question

I have a Waterman pen that was given to me as a gift many years ago. It is a rollerball type pen. At the writing tip end is a plastic piece that screws into the body of the pen. I have broken part of this plastic piece and I want to see if I can find a replacement for it, but I don't know what the piece is called or where to look online for replacement parts.

Does anyone know what it is called and/or where I could find replacement parts for Waterman rollerball pens? I see all kinds of shops for the fountain variety, but not the rollerball ones.
