Peltiers

Hey, I have my athlon 1.4 running at 1.62 and 2.00 volts. I currently have an sk6 with a delta 7k fan. Can anyone tell me if a peltier would gelp me in my current rig? my cpu runs at load around 52 degrees C now. I would just like to get it a bit faster without the temp goin up too much

Peltier is pretty hard to get along with air cooled setups. Peltier cooler itself generates more heat than your CPU and you need thermal solution that could dissipate the CPU heat plus another 100W or so and people usually use water cooling at this point.
