Peltier CPU Coolers

Does anyone know of any safe, good, and effective peltier cpu coolers.

It's all a matter of wattage and condensation.

Peltier and safe should never be used in the same sentence........

thermal take peltier solution...nots the best..but condensation is minimal

Peltier (thermoelectric) cooling blows to dust most other cooling solutions (that I know of)
The only problem I see, is the excessive power requirements (you need a dedicated power supply for those things)

Swiftech has some excellent peltier solutions (both air-cooled and water-cooled)
