great price on this mount. Keep in mind that some 42 and 46 inch tv's use a 24" wide mounting pattern and wont fit on this mount. you can check if it will fit your model TV at peerlessmounts.com. It doesn't fit for my samsung lns4695.

I just bought the tilt version of this mount and it is great mount. Would highly recommend it.
