PeerGuardian alternative for OS X?

Is there an alternative that is just as good as PeerGuardian for OS X. The OS X Peer Guardian client kind of sucks because EVERY TIME you run it it will put itself in your start on boot file and you have to manually take it out every time (annoying and time consuming).

I just want something to turn on when I occasionally torrent.

you could write a script that you use that launches the app and then removes the entry from your boot file. Then use that to launch it and problem solved.

Isn't that just for Azereus? Is there a standalone version? I use Transmission for torrents.

That's the only solution I know for OS X. For almost all the torrents I use Transmission and for the ones that I would normally use Peer Guardian with I open with Vuze (Azureus) with SafePeer.

Transmission already has some sort of encryption, doesn't it?
