peer to peer win2k to win me and internet sharing

Currently, i have 2 computers networked using win me. I just used the networking wizard. Earthilink dsl comes into computer "a" and shares files and my internet connection with computer "b" How can i do this with computer "a" on windows 2000? File sharing was easy py just setting up ip adresses, but it was very slow. I could not get internet sharing to work. Please help me with this.
