We networked 2 computers earlier this year with the Linksys Ethernet PCI cards and hub. This past week for some reason on host computer would not move data on the internet, lots of error codes. Called isp, they had us change lots, then said we would have to remove the network to go any farther, so did. Now I can not get the computers to share internet connection again.
We are now using the Xover cable, but still have the hub if need be. The computers are seeing each other and the drives that I have shared. I just updated to Win2000 last night to see if I could have any better luck networking and using ICS than I was in Win98se. Well now when I go to share it gives me Error 733.
So we are still not able to share the internet connection. What else can I do? Do I need a software to help out with this? Can someone help me.
