Peer-to-peer 100mb network?

Is this possible using a crossover cable? Or will it work only with a 100mbit HUB ?

A crossover cable is actually better then a hub because it will give you Full-duplex.

yep, 2 100mb cards and a cat5 crossover cable is all you need.
