Peer Guardian is blocking all internet on my laptop; matica.hr??

I have peer guardian installed on my laptop for preventative measures, and it seems that I'm not allowed to get internet anymore. However, when I try to run firefox, opera, etc. it blocks all attempts with a range of "matica.hr" Help is very much appreciated.
