I use it mainly with uTorrent. Besides its anti-P2P organization blocking list, it also has lists for spyware and adware servers, and advertising and data tracking servers.
Has anyone used this while browsing?
Comments, opinions.

Not one comment. Not that anyone here would, but I promise I will not report you to the MPAA or RIAA for downloading movie or music files.

First I heard of it. I use Blocklist Manager with uTorrent since PeerGuardian doesn't play nice with Vista64. I don't really have spyware, or adware problems so there isn't much point in running an extra app.

Peer Guardian was giving me so many problems with all my vista machines (32 & 64-bit) so I switched them all to Peer Blocker.
It works great, doesn't crash, and updates consistently.
I usually end up turning off the http protection, because BOINC relies on http traffic and peer blocker ends up preventing updates.
But all my p2p traffic goes through it...
