It's Polish, they throw these stupid 'w' and 'y's everywhere, so I have a hard time following it.

Headline is
"Games for 6 billion dollars" or something like that, but that's about the extent of my Polish.

Nope, I just fail to see any humor in something that relates to children being molested. I have a sense of humor but I can't fathom how this would be something people would joke about. It's probably a lot less funny to me because right now kids are being molested. But aside from that, I don't even get why a cartoon bear is considered funny. I guess I don't possess the intellect to be able to appreciate and understand a cartoon bear that says "why hello thar!"

Then again Dane Cook is one of the most successful comedians in the world, so maybe I really don't have a sense of humor. Because I never have laughed at a single one of his jokes *shrug*

Nobody said that you should find it funny. If you don't, that's fine. According to the register, here's what pedobear was meant for:

Pedobear, who is on the far right of the picture, was originally devised by members of the anarchic 4chan message board as a way of mocking users who expressed a sexual interest in young people.

Since then a tasteless internet trend – or meme – has emerged in which users insert the bear into other photos in a contest to create the most inappropriate composite image.

I don't get the joke either, but to me, this is in line with the running joke with Robert Graves in Airplane. E.g. "Do you like Gladiator movies?" If you take it seriously, it's disturbing. But, it's not meant to be.
