No way, they are definitely more than one album wonders, however they did have the typical streak of several albums of awful that bands tend to go through.

I love PJ, but 'Ten' was their only top-notch disc I believe. It's a shame, as Eddie Vedder is still really talented (see his work on 'Into the Wild' soundtrack, really good stuff!).
