Peanut Butter Cereal

What's the best cereal that has peanut butter/pb flavoring in it?

PB captain crunch sucks IMO, reesces (sp?) cereal is also kinda sucky. I noticed there's some new PB corn pops out there but haven't got my hopes too high on that one. I've got a hankerin' for peanut butter lately, that's all.

Get a jar of peanut butter then. What kind of pussy looks to a cereal for mashed peanut deliciousness? Or better yet, get some peanut butter cups, put them in a bowl, and pour milk on them. That's how a man eats cereal.

Sorry, but if you think both the Cap'n and Reese's suck, there's no hope for you. Those are pretty much the two premier peanut-butter cereals in existence.

The generic Kroger one is pretty good, and appears to be made out of real peanut butter.

Best response so far. Short of taking regular Cheerios and smearing them with peanut butter you will not get an authentic PB flavor from anything else. Most cereals use hydrogenated crap peanut butter flavoring. Even using that stuff for a PB&J sandwich is a crime, so it really is sad to see it in cereals. And yeah that includes top sellers like Jif, Skippy and the like. Peanut Butter should ONLY have peanuts in it, and maybe salt.

Peanut butter bumpers...ok, that's locked into memory. I'll give it a try, thanks for the recommendations. What store did you guys find these at? They don't sounds too common but I would know where to find them if they're available here.

My local store started carrying Mother's Peanut Butter Bumpers so I got some and they are great. Thanks folks.

As much as I do not prefer peanut butter anything really... I do love ALL cereal and prefer Reese Puffs above all.
