We all must deal with them at some point, but today I found my usually mild-mannered self about to *literally* snap the neck of several. They know they can screw you and they just look so smug while they try to complicate the simplest procedure. They cannot communicate or even babble in English (or whatever standard language is expected), and they are too stupid to actually think logically and too jaded to actually care about anything but lunch and Michael Bolton.
I'm emabrrassed to admit it, but I need advice on coping with them and getting what I need accomplished without sacrificing all of my time and self-respect.
What do YOU do when you encounter Peanut-brained Institutional Bureaucrats? Are there any tricks. I'm asking in all seriousness.
