I guess this is a good alternative for people who wants to study Sport (PE) without going to University.Nope. It's about $400 to have the Council evaluate your application and pay for the national exam. If you live in California, you have to fork over an additional $400 or so for their state specific exams.

Ah the Presidents Challenge Fitness test. I remember getting a patch for my jacket for being in the 80 something percentile. I can't believe they charge for that now. Used to be free!
