PDP Patriot PC3200 XBLK for $169.00 @ Monarch

These are 180 to 190 with tax and shipping everywhere else so if you don't live in Georgia
it's a pretty good deal. These sticks originally had TCCD chips but I can't get any info from PDP now as to which chips they are currently using on these sticks. Maybe somebody else has some recent info on these? PC3200 and PC4200 speed ratings haven't changed so just maybe....

Great deal if they are TCCD or even TCC5 (Rev. F) if it is binned properly. I asked Monarch in their forum but they might not know as I didn't get a reply to the question I asked last week....

This is TCCD (XBLK):

That should be your hint right there 😉 2-2-2-5 @ PC3200 and the ability to scale past PC4200 with looser timings ... that'd be TCCD 🙂 Or like Mucker mentioned TCC5, but I've never heard of PDP changing what's in these sticks, they've been TCCD for a while.

These are awesome sticks for overclocking. I have 2 gigs of these for my venice and winchester and they overclock very nice.

Any suggestions for single dimms of 1GB which are highly overclockable (and of course not too pricey;-)?
